Re: Advice on layout for general use hotkeys / targetting?

Thanks, that sounds something like what I had planned (one row of keys for harmful spells, one for beneficial spells, etc.) Does anyone have any in-depth advice on setting up targetting hotkeys so that you're hitting exactly what you want every time? Do you manually click someone with "Set Last...

Advice on layout for general use hotkeys / targetting?

Hi all, So I'm looking to get my control scheme down, and am still double-clicking icons of spells and skills and the like, about as green as you please. I'm sure I'd be having a hell of a lot more fun if I had my control scheme setup so that it was somewhat intuitive and that all the quick stuff I ...

Copy-pasting in the Razor macro directory?

I see a lot of people posting about macros, and replies that are specific macros laid out, to be pasted into the Razor macro text file or directory. Trouble is, I can't find any such thing on my PC. Can someone please give me a brief rundown of exactly how to do this? Trying to establish a deep sea ...

Re: Does GM-made clothing provide better AR than normal clot

No, people GM tailors for leather armor, and because they can make a profit. Not because of GM clothes. Otherwise, yes only to put their names on the clothes they wear. Of course---I'm an idiot. Got so caught up thinking about all the sashes and tunics I wasn't going to make that I totally forgot a...

Re: Does GM-made clothing provide better AR than normal clot

1.- Don't think so 2.- Plenty of GM tailors out there, no need to make one yourself, GM clothing is waaaay cheap Thanks for the hasty reply. Well what's the benefit of GM clothing if it doesn't provide better AR? Just an aesthetic thing with the 'exceptional' title when you click on it? Or can they...

Does GM-made clothing provide better AR than normal clothes?

If so, how much? I'm playing a standard mage build + provocation & musicianship, and I'm trying to justify creating a tailor character and leveling it up. Any benefit whatsoever, besides the initial potential for income to start?
Thanks!

Anyone have a ballpark estimate on what the aforementioned types of salable items usually go for?

Magic gear: what's salable to players & what's vendor trash

This is sort of a difficult question to answer (I'm hoping not to hear something like, "Whatever a particular player wants" or "anything if the price is right" or something like that), but now that I'm farming liches, demons, balrons and the like and bringing in a hell of a lot o...

Does DEX affect how fast one gathers lumber?

Or does lumberjacking, for that matter? I assume higher lumberjacking equals higher success % chance per tick while attempting, but does DEX affect swing speed, as it does in combat?

Thanks!

Regarding hirelings and the time they work for you--

I just hired a paladin at Delucia to be a punching bag for me to train wrestling on. I'm about to set up my wrestling macro, but have a question about the length of time the mercenary will work for me. She said that or 103 gold, she'll work for me for a day. I drop 103 gold on her and she says she'l...

Wands / magic staves rechargeable?

I don't recall these ever being rechargeable, but I'm collecting a hell of a lot of wands and staves from liches, and so thought I'd ask (some of these may be useful if there's some way to recharge them).
Thanks!
