Just completed a housing transaction with Budner (as Wicked Witch).

I transferred deeds and gold and (s)he transferred the house.

I vouch for honor.

In regards to housing, at least it is relatively easy to get a house (or Tower) through an in game transaction instead of using IRL cash on ebay, which was the standard back in the era this shard represents. In regards to the rampant PKing, do not fear, BiH is here now and we will be patrolling this...

I've been on this shard for a few months now. I've GMed Taming, Lore and 4 other skills (damn you, Resist!). I have tamed several dozen Dragons, Wyrms and Frenzieds and miracle of miracles, I have even acquired a couple of dozen Stable slots! But, I have not even SEEN a wild mare and believe you me,...

I played on SP from the day it launched until about 2 years later when I finally got bored with UO and had to get back to the "real world" for a while.

I tamed Mares in Oasis and Cyclops Valley pretty consistently and occasionally in East Del.

I can't recall any other spots.
