Quick question about Weapons accuracy.
Does using a weapon that raises skill level(i.e. Eminently Accurate) slow down your skill gains? Harder to gain at 70skill than 55skill.

Cartography help.
Howdy all =) So I am trying to start cartography But I can't find Mapmaker's Pens anywhere. I have checked all the map vendors and none of them have the pens. I also made a tinkerer(50skill) to try to make my own but he can't create them either. Can anyone tell me what's going on? Thank you so much....
