There is a public building within the guard zone just across the little bay to the west of Yew Bank that has flour mills in it. Never used the mills there, but I know there are several of them in the building. No water troughs that I remember, though.

since nobody seems to be happy with the gun powder they got, and since there seems to be so much of it that was gotten... does anyone have one that they'd be willing to sell to me?

Gun powder last night, and fire crackers tonight? You would think you should be able to use them together for something. Actually blow some stuff up...
