There is a public building within the guard zone just across the little bay to the west of Yew Bank that has flour mills in it. Never used the mills there, but I know there are several of them in the building. No water troughs that I remember, though.

I even ran around in the sewers for an hour or so. I heard that they gave out gun powder on the first day, and the fire crackers have been given ever since. When first given, it's an "initial fire cracker". The next day, it turns into a "temporary fire cracker". A day after that,...
