When you parry a blow, the shield absorbs damage based on the shields ar. You still get hit, and can still take damage. Parry has never had any affect on hit/miss %'s.

Learn basic uo mechanics and pay up.

I gotta agree this is the most pvp breaking aspect of uo Ive ever seen. If this ONE THING was removed, pvp would be amazing. In Por Ylem! One of the first majorly popular t2a shards, ran by the Wtfman crew. Sadly some corruption and ego problems eventually destroyed the shard.

Id also have to say that pvp on div is heaps better than here. Unfortunately certain GMs made the shard their own little playground, and ran the place into the dirt. With that said, play here.
