Re: How do you survive and flourish as an unfunded mage?
You're free to do whatever you want to do; However, you won't be able to make ends meet as a mage until you have ~ 80 magery (to ebolt). If you really wanna do treasure hunting, this template is not viable : first, you want to have wrestling so you arent being hit 100% times, second - high level tma...

Re: Brush should stop movement in woods
As a side note, apparently there are 8 million items currently in the game, so 80,000 is 1%, which means adding blockers would probably increase save time by a bit less than half a second ;). By all means thanks for your efforts to write this script, but seeing how Derrick sweats blood to slice off...

Re: Brush should stop movement in woods
This command you speak of adds extra 90k objects to the world, augumenting the load and save times, also it is a dirty solution; the solution can be easily implemented on the client side just by editing tiledata.mul : you can set different flags to each and every tile in the game; "passable&qu...

Re: OSI screenies
I used to play with dr feelgood at the netcafe in copenhagen untill he got banned for doping(same as must of the players there), i got 1000 of screenshots from that time many with j-d's even not to many because they often ran 5+ together was to much for my 56k modem. Great! Why not upload all you h...

Re: Things from other eras you wish were in T2A.
it would be interesting to see how pvp would pan out on an accurate uo:r era shard. there has never been a mechanically accurate replica of any era from UO:R patch to publish 16. its all mix and match. Agree, but, unfortunately, chances are this will never happen. See, to achieve this you have to g...

Re: YO DERRICK WIPE IT BRO!!!
I am assuming Braden is probably talking mostly about grandfathered situations like keyrings on steps/porches, pre-patch non-decaying courtyards, etc... all of this type of stuff will slowly be non-existent over time. However, the stuff you mentioned that is stored will probably persist until the e...

Re: YO DERRICK WIPE IT BRO!!!
We have long held the belief that as time progresses, the elements that were grandfathered in since the beginning will either become super rare or disappear. Castles that are full of junk will disappear as their owners decide to take a break from UO (it happens to everyone). Junk will disappear you...

Re: Things from other eras you wish were in T2A.
Pretty much nothing. That's why I play T2A. Pretty much every change since then has been a bad one. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for having a wide variety of viable templates to make the game more interesting. But the way OSI made more templates viable required drastic changes that were always negat...

Stun, disarm, nox, heal, parry, scribe/pure mages. Actually, i'd kill to play on Renaissance shard with felucca only.

The only real, true, fair way of limiting to 1 account per is through 1 connection/account per IP.

Re: YO DERRICK WIPE IT BRO!!!
Just a thought: what if we tie game account to you mobile number? Like, after the first login you recieve text message with your activation code. This way we could limit the number of accounts per person.
