Re: Gargoyle Wars - Finale
Your events have gotten way cooler. I see why you dropped the games now.

Re: bring em back
Test center was a spoiler not events. I think events let people practice and when it was over then things got real. New players hate coming into a game knowing nothing and just instantly dying. It costs a ton for them to keep resupplying. We lose a lot of new players that way. Just saying 12 minute ...
Re: Stat gain
How much do you think it would cost total that way for 100/25/100 stat points including buyout cost and each time camping gets to ten?
Re: Stat gain
I never do this. If I did do this I would buy skills to around 600 and juggle only camping herding and snooping. If you wanted strength and intelligence high in this manner for example I would do camping, herding, camping and that should get you to 100/25/100 easy. Camping raises all stats but is th...

Re: 120,000 BANDAGES
Dude, you know you can't hold that many bandages right?
Is there any other proof other then the bandages fell to your feet that a scam was initiated?
Otherwise I think you might be paranoid a little.

Re: bring em back
3. Having a 100% safe zone to pvp/pvm in? Okay lets be real, events like player ran events happen rarely. Events where you are forced in teams to work with people you may never interact with opens up a whole new level of social interaction. Siege combat is awesome. The fact you wont be ress killed ...

Re: My story on how i quit UO today
NEW is creating a lot of wussies lately, you need to teach your members about how insignificant death is so they can actually enjoy the game instead of fearing for their lives and possessions to which there is an infinite spawn of.

Re: Safely Macroing Magery/Resist In Your Home.
This doesn't have anything to do with the OP but, I wanted to ask a question regarding Magic Resist training. Can you cast blade spirits on the floor below and run back and forth on the floor above it to gain? I remember training Resist in my L-Shape that way when I played on Atlantic back in the d...

Re: newb char advice...
i'd like to continue my tradition of avoiding magic if possible but i'd prefer not to suck. can any of you recommend a skill set combination that'll make for a good melee or archery type character? thanks! No magery whatsoever is not a good idea. Swords Tactics Archery 90 Magery 45 Healing Resist A...

Re: The stupidest idea, ever PERIOD!
We are in a sword in the stone scenario before Arthur. The established players are in quasi retirement while everyone else is bidding for power.
I think what you are looking for is a guild. Pretty much fits all your criteria.

Re: The Thief
Now everyone say thank you Archaic for showing us a new thief trick, and if you boys and girls want to be hit less when you are stealing from the quadriplegics all stiff and somber like, you can change parry for 50 Arch. Personally I feel more threatened when they are moving so like the parry. Maybe...
