Re: SouthEast White Head Bust (Ultra Rare!)
Did you run this event Braden? There were some on the Pit Monster's corpse, there were some spawned on the floor surrounding the Pit Monster after it died, and then there were a bunch awarded after the event when people complained they didn't get a trophy. I have not been a member of staff for quit...

Re: SouthEast White Head Bust (Ultra Rare!)
I have never given out 20 trophies at any event. It was most likely some other GM.

Re: Seers?
I am a bit late in the game to post on the thread; however, we do have two staff members who focus on events:
Yoda
Dupre
If you are interested in anything relating to events on an official capacity, please contact them; however, you can do player-run events on your own

Re: A part of the game you say ??
Il end this debate by saying that Derrick and his staff is completly wrong about this era accurate shit. GMs are not gods GMs doesnt know everything and becuz they say it was like this back then doesnt make it right. beside this is a runUO bug so i dotn even know where they get these data from. but...

Re: A part of the game you say ??
I bet uosa allready lost alot of people due to this failure / bug and most of all seeing that the GMs is reject to fix it, this just gives Uosa a bad view for the Uo player in in gernaral. In the timeframe you are indicating, our numbers went up actually; though, unrelated to the LOS issue I suspect.

Re: Game Economy Speculation
The inevitable truth is that we do not have fiscal controls on the server and eventually there will be hyper-inflation. This will mean that houses will end up costing millions of gold like they did on EA. The problem is that unlike in real-life where wages go up mostly in-line with inflation, the am...

Re: Game Economy Speculation
Obviously, none of this is even close to era accurate, but just for the sake of pondering what would be the outcome of a T2A free server adopting the following policies: 1. A limited amount of gold in the economy, scaled with number of players. Players and their bank contents are deleted after a pe...

Re: Obscenity that disrespects the UOSA player community
I will add an official statement to this mix. Players are generally given a lot of leeway on their actions in game due to the sandbox nature of UO; however, in-line with our rules (http://www.uosecondage.com/Rules), we do not tolerate racism. We actually have very few rules on this shard, 15 by my c...

Re: Help with configuring game music
Every install I always delete the T2A music and replace it with the AOS music. The music is one of the few things that improved as the game got older.

Re: Who Runs the Server these days
Derrick has been busy IRL and has not had much time for UOSA.
UOSA; however, thrives when we (staff) stay out of the hair of players since we have achieved, almost entirely, our goal of era accuracy.
We appreciate any donations as they help offset the cost of running the shard.

Re: silly suggestion that might help promote shard populatio
But I see very few, if any Asian player here. I suspect this may be contributed to the fact that UOSA do not support Multi-language input. I tried to type Chinese and it all turn into questions marks in game. I am not sure whether this is client setting or server setting. But either way, I think ad...

Re: Yew orc fort: a count-free warzone
I will just weigh in. These types of zones deviate from our stated mission of era accuracy. If the "orcs" want to be RP and era accurate, they should all become criminals (gray) so that other users can attack them without getting counts. Alternatively, they could also become red.
