I can't seem to get it to work... declare a weapon "last target" while its being used, wait for them to unequip, steal-last-target... if I've snooped, of course that works just fine. But if I haven't? Nada.

seriously though, as is, a hally hitting every 1.5 seconds is easily better than any other weapon in the game. I'm surprised that no one has ever made Dexers based off of the Hally exploit, sans-magery. Wish I'd shown up six months ago

I have rather the same template as Matron, except for Snooping. Since the patch in June that killed the stealth-thieft template, I moved to a "tank-thieft" activity. Snooping is now useless and I changed it to Detect Hidden, for griefing purpose. Hide/Stealth is now for escaping, no longe...

I recall the ability to hold a 1-handed weapon and a fishing rod in the same hand, back on OSI. Not sure at what point in my 4 year experience back then this happened. Anyone know if this was specifically out of era? Should we have this here? We currently don't.
