UO Second Age

I had the problem of UO freezing sometimes when I changed windows (I play in windowed mode) but it would most likely "defrost" in a few seconds. I fixed it by changing Razor to Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode (select Properties over the icon) and it never happened again since.

So, I've been back to UO for almost 2 weeks and I still didn't figure out some things. So I will try to list them in questions, hoping someone can help me figure them out. 1) Is there a reason for wearing leather/studded armor besides their low STR requisite? 2) I don't see blacksmiths offering thei...

I am deeply against Trammel, but I agree that it's too easy to PK. I've been PK'ed two times inside Delucia when I was AFK. They only stole bandages from me. I also tried doind a miner/blacksmith so I could fix my armor, and I found the same problem with low income of ingots. I wanted to ask what is the best way to deal with damaged armor, then. Should I just buy new ones? I'm a warrior so I spend a lot of money replacing broken gear. I don't see blacksm...
