You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Check the bulletin board at the bank. Each escort leaves a message there telling you where they are (roughly.)

Re: Tinkering/Carpentry

Try wooden shields till 68 skill then fishing poles till 74. You'll need 40 tailoring and some cloth for this. Then do quarter staves till 80 and gnarled staves to GM.

Re: Skill gain.

Hiding was a skill I always had GM'd in era because it only took one key press so I'd just jam something down on the keyboard. I do remember PKing with magery in the 60's and 70's, though. Good times.

Re: Moongate issue?

You might try using an item (like a newbie dagger) and targeting something. Can't say I've had a problem with moongates but this usually fixes that sys message.

I always appreciated you guys just wearing the tag. It looks a lot classier and doesn't clutter up the screen. Plus you all keep a high enough profile with few enough members that we all know who you are already without putting "GM Badass" above your name. . . . You did want my vote, right?

Re: Boards @ 2gp/ea! Large quantities available!

Jekkis is right. I spent more than 200k on boards last week to finish up my crafter. If you'd been selling then, I'd have snatched 'em right up but now I don't want to see another board for a long time!
