You could try disabling some of the visual themes on Razor, it might help:

• Right-click on the Razor icon
• Choose Properties
• Click Compatibility tab
• Check Disable visual themes, Disable desktop composition, and Run this program as administrator
• Click OK
• Restart Razor

I completely agree, this is AFK resource gathering and should be illegal.
