What is a scammer?

Under one of the few rules we have here on uosa the only ban offense for trades is scam by trade forum. People like myself who may have done malicious things to others but never involved it with this forum should be considered innocent. That being said I proclaim that anyone "directly accusing" someone of being a scam artist on the trade forum without proof should also be banned. This is why we have a trash talk forum.

the bigger problem of this forum is that the seller can pull shady stunts and then pm a moderator to get all negative comments remove. imo.
