Treasure Hunters Tool: T-Maps Archive, offline version.

Post by Dagon »

I've occasionally seen people asking about / wishing for an alternative to using any of the stratics treasure map location websites (live, archived, whatever).

So here's a small tool you can fire up at will without needing your web browser opened first. It's just a self-contained, offline version of the treasure hunters website with the map locations.

Maybe it will be useful to someone, I don't know.

If it is, enjoy.

That's very useful. Thanks!
The years passed, mankind became stupider at a frightening rate. Some had hoped that genetic engineering would correct this trend in evolution, but sadly the greatest minds and resources where focused on conquering hair loss and prolonging erections.

There's a map that does not have a corresponding location on the stratics website :(

Could you let us know which # this is so we can update our libraries as well?

well i'm not exactly sure what the problem is.. either the stratics pin is wrong or RunUO has the wrong coordinates for the tmap location.. but the coords that RunUO uses match up exactly with my coords from UOAM, so theres no error there.. but it's unlikely that every tmap site on the internet has the wrong graphics.. even if they all copied them from stratics the first original screen shot of the map would of been accurate on OSI when the screenshot was taken.

Unless the process that RunUO goes through to pinpoint the location on the map just messed up.. but in theory it would mess up more than just one spot.. but it does use some random number values to do the pin.. so it's all weird.

but for now i went ahead and changed the graphic to move the pin, and will upload a new file in a little while. also added in tmap drop levels as copied from the stratics site.. not sure exactly how accurate it is but it's what everyone uses for a guide.
