I'm pretty sure I got a rune there either from the chainsoar IDOC or one of the cA IDOCs I got a while ago that had a ton of CY runes. Unortunately, I fear Vega, Banks or Eo will beat me to it.

Ok something strange happened.
For some reason the gold wasn't showing up in my view but was still there.
It was only visible at certain angles.
control/shift allowed me to see that the stack was still there.
This gives me hope that my castle is in fact secure.
Im leaving the gold there on the step if someone should have my cy rune.

If the gold is not claimed im going to assume my cy is secure.
Im adding 6 silver coins on the step and if it is not claimed in a a week, ill jump to conclusions.
still, ill treat the cy as if it were outside but people say that there is no such thing as a secure castle so.......

Courtyard is not secure. Before making the jump to Staff, I had a rune (and in some cases, 16 runes) to every single courtyard in the Bloody Plains, as well as numerous other places. Someone looted those books when I had my IDOC event a few weeks ago, it's whether or not they know they have them or not.
