SEtup the UOSA voice chat with the seer/gm as the only one who can talk in there, other than select main characters in the event. Have verbal dialogue for the event. script it.
Invite people to join in to listen to the story as things unfold during a big battle etc.
I'm inspired by my job as a Drama teacher lol
