Which library do you recommend?

I'm looking for the ones that

1. Have to most rune locations, period AND:
2. Have the most rune locations for rares

I'm wondering if I should keep lockpicking on a stealth/lockpicker, as I may need it when rare hunting.

Jace has tons of runes in his library. There is a rune to it in the guild tower, bottom floor.

Ok, but when rare hunting are there any boxes (I'm not talking about dungeon chests) I'll need to pick, along with the stealing skill to take the items?

No clue. Never looked for rares.

Verity Isle (SW Moonglow island)
Rose's library (in the dip, West of Chaos shrine)
Brit Gate library (North, a little west, of Brit gate)

...but, for what you're looking for, make your own runebooks - as copies to keep in your bank/safe - and use the content in the rares threads and lockpicking threads, to fill in the pieces.

Respectfully, I think you spend more time asking questions, rather than searching for the answer that has been discussed so much in the past.

Good luck.

I've had my struggles with search engines (Yes, I do know what google is!) I've looked for things and not found them after modifying my search parameters ten times. When there is a search engine that can answer questions as well as a human can, I won't need to ask personally. You don't need to reply if you don't want to. It may be easy to find the information on the forums with a search........in this case. But, please don't act like search engines are omniscient/all powerful and you'll easily find anything you're looking for easily, because I'm sure you've changed your search terms over and over and not found what you were looking for before, as has just about everyone.

There is a tower along the West wall of Trinsic, about 1 screen North of the town entrance. That one is also pretty good, and has runes for many if not all of the rares.
