My house disappeared

Hello everyone.

I stayed the last 2 months without logging into the SE and yesterday when I logged my house disappeared. I have not been reported by any GM, I do not know what went wrong but I would like guidance and help to reverse this. Thank you!

You have to refresh your house every 13? days I believe. To be safe I do this weekly. You can refresh by opening the front door with a friended toon or owner. If not refreshed the house will decay and collapse dropping all contents onto the grass.
