Copy of the server to play solo

Hiya,
is it possible to create my own server the same as this to play on my own? Like an offline server. Thanks for any responses you may have.

You can try installing the UO demo. It's not nearly the same, but a good quick and easy way to try some offline, classic UO.

Mens Rea I am not looking for the same as this server, just fancied playing on my own where houses were not everywhere for a bit of a laugh occasionally.
