Looking for beginner items, like full spell books...

Post by Haz »

Howdy Folks,

As the title sez, I'm looking for a player vendor with items like full spell books and Rune books. I been looking but havent located any as of yet.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Heh. I wouldn't call a full Spell Book a "beginner item" ...

I don't have a public vendor, but I can provide the items you seek. Off-hand, I'm not sure what I'd ask for a full Spell Book, or even a blank Rune Book (btw, my Scribe is mid-90s, not GM, so you might be losing a charge on a Rune Book; not sure ...).

If you also needed Runes Marked for certain locations, I can likely do that, also.

PM me, here, if you have need (I do not Discord ...).

Other folks might reply (Roser recently fired-up a player-vendor operation): I'm sure the community can get you sorted.

AoJ Farmer's Market has items like that at Yew Moongate, but shoot me a pm and I can get you set up with basics for free.

Being set up for free removes the emotional and time investment in the game.

You should kill him and loot him for free.

LOL, yeah, you're correct there. I guess from playing UO for so long I forgot I'm new here. Thanks for the reminder and the offer.

Thanks for the offer Grofus. I found the AoJ Farmer's Market and was able to get a full spell book. Appreciate the assist.

Well, as much as I'd like to get completely setup, I tend to agree with the time investment statement. Once I have something in the way a toon to offer my assist to others or a guild, then maybe I can accept a trade of sorts......but kill me and loot me for free?? Cold my friend, cold. LOL.

Thanks folks, appreciate the assist and the offers.

Let me know if there's anything you need. I am able to craft anything, and I have a bunch of furniture and stuff left over when I had a vendor.

Player vendors have them.

Yew moongate player vendors sells lvl 1-6 and full spellbooks for a fair price.

Also ask around britbank and most players are happy to help.
