I think their abbreviation was just grandfathered in, but yes, I hate LLTS too. They were definitely a fun guild to troll. I still call Marble Island "LLTS Island," heh.

Yep, it's likely if you helped Snow/Soulcry in Wind that'd get you slapped on the Wind Elders enemies list. lol

He was like 12yrs old back then (obviously a bright kid), but always had a rather schizo relationship with us back then: wanting to be a guardian of Wind one week, then trying to noto PK, blue PK, blade jump, and basically screw everyone the next (was always nice to my wife, though).

From the day I met him on Atlantic, I knew he'd be trouble. He asked me if I'd like to hit Hythloth with him, and I hadn't ever been there so I said sure; but when we got there we hit the first teleporter and he wouldn't go in. He came up with some story and told me to try it. So I stepped on in, and he never followed. Only seconds after I found some spawn and dragged my sword in to my hand, I got attacked by 4 PKs. I couldn't disarm my sword fast enough and died one of the few times I'd ever died to PKs on the shard. I always blamed him for either being part of their group or calling them in.

We both ended up on Siege much later and I even catch up with him from time to time. Seemed to be doing great.

LLTS Guild abrev was grandfathered like fwerp said. In the early days you could have 4 letters.

Yep, same as RCoJ on LS (Red Capes of Justice), but yeah LLTS had a lot of haters on Atlantic. Tends to happen with large guilds that aren't very well managed.

I remember Howard, he was in Lady Kitana's guild. I also of course remember my tempestuous relationship with Remat, and I also remember going from the friends to the enemies list with Corwin of Amber (if I recall, I helped Snow whom I also knew).

I also remember fighting some Pluggers in Northern Minoc, but I remember seeing Big Taco and Ninja Resolute take out Plug, Skyblade and several others with energy bolts. My real life neighbor was GOATMAN, so I am sure if you were a plugger, you fought these folks.

I also remember that ACiD guild -- only guy I remember well was "Mike," who was a cool guy.

Shout outs to TW, CC, SSJ and TB.

what was kool about LLTS is that they had some kool craft days usually on Sunday that everybody would show up and hang..They had the right idea, like u said, they could have been managed better ...One thing but,if u were in a dungeon and got raided by a pk guild on those old Nightmares,u could always depend on them to help u to the death....I miss those days..With dial up and all that lag, still miss the hell out of it...

I remember Coa..I wanna thank u all for your input..I didnt think i would get so much input from everybody..I remember the real old days when u logged on and that big chest would open up so u could choose your character and shard! That was so kool..With the music..Everytime i hear Stones thats what it brings back..Then i became a Companion for a few months till my oldest Son was born..U could tell a companion by for example if u opened up someones paperdoll, even if they were Honerable it would say for instance,The Honarable Mike Grandmaster Mage..U didnt have to be Ilustrious or better for title to show..Remember the real old days also when the titles were Great Lord.ETC..Great Lord was the highest title anyone could get and u could go to Blackthorn or Lord British Castles and ask a Guard just say order guard or chaos guard and they would give u a shield..The only way u could get attacked by order or chaos was to arm the shield..U wouldnt know if someone was order or chaos unless shields were armed..No abbrievation above the head..And u can cast magic with shields armed..I remember having the sheild in my hand and all of the sudden the message said Great Lord Joe is attacking you! I look and see a blue highlighted guy with a Magic Heavy Bow in his hand,it was a delayed reaction, nothin happened at first then i got hit by his heavy of force,i armed my Magic Crossbow and we started battling..I was witha few friends and they started healing me,he cursed us then recalled out..Those were the days..I would love to hook up with all the old Atlantic players and drink a ale or 2..Thx everyone for the fondest memories...

Pretty typical story. Back in those days most players just thought of order/chaos shields as a perk for reaching great lord and a way friends could duel without flagging or taking a noto-hit, not a PvP mechanism. Back then even just mistargetting an ebolt and hitting your friend was enough to cost you your reputation and turn you red. To this day my offensive spells are on CTRL-ALT combos to make them harder to hit by accident.

it was soooo easy to get GL back then too for the shields...trap a bunny, tame it, trap a monster...macro(yes macroing was illegal but i still did it with the right programs) "a attack" all night was so easy to get rep didnt even hav eto kill it, just agro it

I remember when they introduced eval int being a betterment of magery, and how insanely powerful poison was.

Or the first few months before circle of transparency or even all names was introduced, casters/archery would use housing to kill thier targets cuz u couldnt target them back...fun fun times...and if your really old scool youll know Larry the pk and KNIGHT VENTRUE always leading red hunting parties

*Laughs*

Wow, some good ol' memories. Now don't judge me but I was at first a member of LLTS and became part of their "elite" fighting squad ADG. I remember quite a few names in the list "Remat (damn pets), Howard, Raislin, and a few others... It wasn't until a bit of investigating turned out that Dragons LLTS (who stated he was a 40 yr old rich bastard) turned out to be some loser in his parents basement with dreams over take over (anyone play DFO recently much like King Magnus) in any event we were anti's.

One eventful day we found out that Dragons and a bunch of other close friends had PK alts that they would raid dungeons and what not. That's when PRX was formed and I am still a member of.

Ran with Knight Venture, Ronan, Esher, Viper, Darokin, just too many names to list. Tons of fun, was sad to see it morph into a trammy nightmare.

Look forward to experiencing some fun on this new shard. Already trying to get ppl to sign up and I haven't been on it more than 1-2 days.

btw LLTS standed for "long live the syndicate"... bunch of bullshit

Yeah I played on Atlantic from 97 to... I forget honestly. I know I quit for EQ but then came back cause EQ sucked ass. Hung around Minoc mostly. I was in Blood Lords at first, then they turned into MDK when Rondor left, then that kind of just faded away I suppose. Only people I really remember where Rondor, his wife (who's name escapes me) cause it turned out we actually lived like fourty minutes away from each other. Then there was Vermillion, crazy ass dude from New Amsterdam who always sent me porn over ICQ of 16 year olds and pretended not to know that was illegal here lol. I vaugly remember Black Knight, and it honestly seems like I used to hang out with a Syntax. Name defiently rings a bell, and not as some famous PK cause I never much grave a crap about that stuff and wouldn't know the legends from the gank squaders. My connection sucked way to hard to PVP back then.

My main was Psycho Guy, but I mispelled it (cause he was psycho, mispelling things) but I forget how. Yeah, was diffently the days back then. I steal remember hanging out north of Minoc west of what would be the New Lands cave and these PK guys show up. They act all chummy then one tries to kill me, and I destroy his ass with Kat of Vanq and all his freinds like pause for a minute in total amazment (I don't think anyone even thought about Dexing back then, much less was it a popular tactic. Waaay before dex monkies) before they block the exit from the house and gank me. I run back and get some other blood lords and warring with them was pretty much what we did from then on haha. Until they all got banned for UO Extream. I still remember then saying Hi to invis ghosts we sent to spy on their house and throwing purple pots so damn fast they litterly formed a line. Should have been a hint they didn't exactly fight fair. But thats about all I remember from those days.

My character was Agent B

Speaking of which...

Did anyone recall a guild by the name of "Knights of Mythical Adventures?" [KMA]
I remember the Guild house was a 2-story Log cabin near the crossroads East of Brit.
Guild Master was Cher?

I believe it was the one of the last moves of the guild after trammel.
I'm not sure where it was located before that.
