make a token system: have a voting stone which allows you to vote once a week (tie it to IP so it doesn't get abused), and rewards you with a token of some kind: make it so 7 tokens = 1 trophy or something like that so you can be guarunteed a trophy a week if you vote

I'll let you know voting on the sites has become one of my daily routines when I get to work (along with ESPN, CNN, etc..) so I hope I am helping in a small way... my question is for the "IN" and "OUT" numbers.. I would be lying if I said I knew WTF these were... I have been trying to think of what that is (new players to the shard, total votes) but I'd really like to know for sure... any help?

In is the number of votes, Out is the number of clicks on our link from the vote site, i.e., the number of people that have gone to http://uosecondage.com from the vote site.

It's actually remarkable how many visits we get from the voting sites. In the last two weeks we've had 405 visitors come in from gamesites200 to our main page.

It's great to see us with such good placement on the ranking sites. I hate so sent out global links in shard because I know most of our players vote religiously, it was just a heads-up for any that may not have know of it.

Thanks everyone!

I feel a vote stone placed at major banks would encourage and remind bank sitters and others to vote more often.

just my 2 cents =]

How often should we be voting Derrick? I voted when I first started playing not so long ago, just wondering how often I should revisit the voting sites...

You can vote every 12 to 24 hours on these site. Making it part of your daily routine would be extremely benificial to the shard.

Thanks to everyone who has been voting and getting our name out there in other ways.

Just putting in a plug for this. I'd like more players on the shard and I'd imagine voting on these sites will be one of the best ways of getting more keenos.

I've just added the 4 voting sites to my home tabs, which makes voting nice and easy. Get IE 7 or Firefox or something else that lets you use multiple homepages and vote fools! :) Everyday! :):)

Also, are there any others we should be voting on Derrick, or just these four?

These are the only ones that I've set up. But these sites do seems to come and go so if you come across any other shard listing sites, let me know and I'll add us to them.

Same! Just a question about the 4th one.
There's a "vote and enter link" which opens a new window to the site in question. Does this actually vote for t2a, or do we need to register?

The "vote and enter" link votes for Second Age. No need to register

I've just added a bunch of new vote sites to the main page of our website. I know it's looking a little excessive but we more sites we have linking to us the better our positioning will be in search engine results.

I'm going to only list the primary sites that we vote on in the top of this thread, but they will all be available from the main website, http://uosecondage.com

perphaps a shard banner for people to use on other forums would help?

Here's a banner that you can use anywhere you might be able to put it:

It'd be nice to have a smaller 88x53 logo, I'll see if I can get the artist to make one up.
