heres a rough pricing guide (prices I see the most)
L1 = 350gp-650gp (500)
L2 = 1-2k (2000)
L3 = 3-5k (4500)
L4 = 8-9k (8000)
L5 = 12-18k (15000)
SoS/MiB = 2.5-3.5k (3000)

I have found it hard to sell level 1 T Maps at all.

Its been over a year since I did it but you can actually do lvl1 tmaps yourself if you want to... I think i was doing them on my tank mage or bard-mage. Just find and rl with tmap runebooks. Might take some dblclicking to decode but its another option for you. You dont need a thunter build to do level 1 maps.

Great tip! Level 1 maps generally don't sell.
