That would be an NPC that is tied to a bulletin board quest in town as I previously explained.

I have slain hundreds more looking for another piece and have yet to find one. It has to progress the story I would imagine.

Evil Things
Lord British’s guards and nobles across the land have been getting assassinated at alarming rates. Lord British vows that his guards will regain order in the land. A new surge of recruits have already filled the ranks at Castle British.

The Lord’s Arms has been unable to keep up with the demand for gear. Pay a visit to the Lord's Arms to see how you can help rebuild Lord British’s armory. Bill the Blacksmith has returned!

Alternatively, you can look down a different path and aide the Cult.

Image

When the army is ready, Lord British’s guard will rally at the gates of the Volcanic Castle.

Main Adventure
Visit the blacksmith shop in Lord British’s Castle.

Additional Adventures
Seek out information on who Druegar the Dragon is.

Information can be gathered currently, but there is no way to progress the story currently. Lord British's army needs time to train.
(Translation: Event is semi-paused for a week or so)

I'm lost here, I got a bod for 20 platemail suits, but how do I deliver the suits? It is too heavy to carry all together, and I can't complete the parts (20 plategorgets - imcomplete, even with the 20 in my pack).

Any suggestion?
Slowly Lord British, ruler of Britannia, rises from his throne. Brushing the dust off of his crown, a concerned realization crosses his face. The rumors are true!
