I'm wondering if a guild town is in our future? I always wanted to be in a guild with it's own town...

If others are interested in this as well, what would we need to do to get it done? I would be willing to help out with gold, deeds, supplies, or rares to make it happen, if needed.

I don't recall what was needed, but I remember it being a lot of stuff. Whenever a guild was trying to get town add on stuff, they had "all hands on deck" mining and lumber jacking, etc...

Some people are very much against the idea of allowing town additions, but I think the fact that it’s very difficult, and takes a huge investment of time and resources balances out. You have to be extremely committed, which is good for the shard IMHO.
