I can't remember having to sync ONCE since the server move...before it was like every 15-20 minutes on average

I only see one timeout, the timeout right before you get the the shard is an "un-pingable" device, and is not unusual.
There are an ungodly about of hops on the cogentco network though, but the overall ping time, 71ms max, isn't bad.

However there shouldn't be any timeouts of course.

That is how many hops I have as well to uosecondage.com. The one timeout is most likely a router that goes into the datacenter where the server is. My ping is around 51ms with 19 hops. It looks like Cogentco.com needs to realign some of their routers becuase they do way too much routing.

I have a support request into our host on this, but for everyone who experiencing this, contacting your own ISP may do some good too.

Anything 100 ms and below is nothing to be upset about...before the move I was 120-150 and it isnt really noticeable

I was about the same on the last host but noe i sit at about 40-60ms. So no matter what, I am happy UOSA has a new host.

Been playing for a few weeks without issue with my friend, now i am unable to get into uo, type my login and nothing happens, can anyone help ?
