Wow! I totally know who you are BloodyBandage! I've been wrestling with your old website, I forgot the url, on Google for the keyword 'MMORPG'! I doubt you've been paying as much attention as me to the search engine results lol. When you searched 'MMORPG' on Google, your site used to beat mine for months, but since you took it down, I've been working on my website, and finally passed yours on google.

That layout though just isn't doing it for me =/. A total turnoff. Also a few quick easy search engine tips, Move 'Game Friends' from your title tag to the end of the title tag. Having 'Game friends' at the beginning doesn't help you out at all in the search engines. Google places a lot of weight on the first few words of the title tag, so you want your main keywords up there. So the first 3 should be Gaming Social Network.

Good luck on the site, you have a lot of competition in that market. Lots of websites have tried making a gaming social network site before. The latest 'up and coming' one is MMO cluster.com [You should copy some of their features if you see anything good].

Great Idea! I only wish there was a link for AOL Legends. I played on Napa only for a while until AOL Legends came out, and I was one of the first on the new shard. I loved starting out a new player base, that is why I like this server so much. I did make some virtual friends, !0 years ago. I would sometimes get the Ultima Online jones, and search the UOStratics just to search the characters I sold, and one I played with. That is exactly how I found uosecondage, and I'm thankful.

thank you for your support. I see a link up there for "Legends". Is that the same thing as AOL Legends or are there 2 different things?

AOL Legends became Legends once EA/OSI lifted the 56k connection restriction from that server. For its first year or 2, you had to be either an AOL user, or running a 56k connection. A few people got around it, but majority of the playerbase was 56k. It wouldn't even show up on your server list if you weren't using a proper connection.
