A noble named Judas has had his daughter abducted by an evil necromancer. You may find him in northeast Britain. This powerful Necromancer will not likely be taken down easily. Bring help.

Lord British has lost a gem from his ceremonial sword. A miner at Mt. Kendall may know a way for you to help. You will need to be a master miner to receive this quest, and you may need some friends to help with this one as well.

Paged you about this one... guess you're not on...

I can get to the point in the quest where it gives you a map with a location to go find the gem. It's just a map of Hythloth Island with a dot on it. I pinpointed the dot to be at or around the Fire Temple. So I took my GM miner there, with backup of course, and looked and looked and mined and mined, but couldn't find anything other than ore. Am I doing something wrong?

It will likely take quite a bit of digging in the correct spot to find the gem.

Is the Mining quest gone? I went talking to everyone at Mt. Kendall.... and hence nothing. I do remember seeing a Miner up on the mountain, but she is no longer there!

would be just my luck, finally gm my miner and the quest is gone!

Aye, sorry, I should have updated this thread, the quest was found not to be working and was deactivated. I'll get it fixed as soon as possible and update this thread.

So I'm at Judas and he mostly just cries a lot. I can't get him to talk...

Has he said anything at all? If so, odds are you have a quest scroll in you pack...Did you talk to the guard at the brit palace stables first? You need to...Other than that just use keywords given you by the guard and by Judas's conversation...

Sorry to be vague, don't want to give anything away...

It will work again. Really sorry it's even been this long to fix it. It's on my short list.
