Slag - A hostile take over

Post by Lord Dupre »

Earlier today a beast known as 'Slag' attempted to gain a foothold in our world.
He brought a small army through the fire temple's pentagram. Fortunately, due to Lord British's excellent scouts we were able to engage the army and destroy it before Slag's army was able to fortify itself within the temple.

Based on the scrolls and documents recovered from Slag's camp by mark and a few other warriors, it is clear Slag plans on continuing to attempt to conquer and enslave all of the realm.

Please keep your eyes and ears open and report any suspicious activity. We can't let Slag establish a stronghold.

Any information and reports will be announced through the town criers.

Hopefully it looks like a scene out of Lord of the Rings.

Another attempt was made by Slag last night in the Ice Dungeon.
Slag appears to be trying to break through to our realm in the form of the monsters native to that area.
Please stay vigilant!

As anyone seen Slag, or have any ideas as to when or where he might show up?

The beast known as Slag has not (to my knowledge) shown itself in Britannia since the Ice Dungeon invasion. That is not to say that he will not show up again :P
Most people like us, or at least they like what we do. Regardless, we appreciate all our victims, and we hope that their encounter with us is a memorable one.

Hopefully the run of defeats has put him off of taking over our world.

But I wouldn't count on it...

Alas Lord Dupre, Slag was spotted last night invading Bucs Den. We drove her back, but this time she had red mages, dread spiders, and pirates with her. Pirates!!!!! She must b making it worth their while, there were 1000s of them, red pirates everywhere. Swords drawn, trying to kill us on site. Alas, I think we drove them back m'lord.

That "cry for help" must have been a way to decoy us there, after which point they could kill us and take our loot :P

The pirates may have asked for help, but our intention was always to recover our stolen loot.
