I think a UOSA gift shop would be a great way to help fund the shard and also get some neat items out there. I'd personally love to have a UOSA coffee mug myself.

does the museum have a fish tank? The ones made out of died cloth with caught fisherman fish? someone needs to make one of those for it if not as that was the coolest and most defining house decoration I had ever seen.

It's not hard to draw up a simple/non-rpg style design.

I don't really want a big goofy dragon on my shirt either.

I'm thinking a black shirt with UOSA: By Derrick or something on the top left area, then on the back just under the collar the standard U/O symbol that can be seen at the top of these forums...with the signature Second Age writing under that...

Cheap as fuck to produce en mass... Would require some effort on "someone's" part though, and an entrepreneur.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'd throw 10-15 bucks at one if I knew 80% of it was going to the shard. This idea may be far-fetched though as the economic profit is probably negative.

Things are coming along nicely at the UOSA museum!
Id like to thank all our contributors so far.
I would like to thank Kryptonical and DarkRadiance for their help building furniture for the place. Roadkill for the boards they used.
I would like to thank Kylock for the Glacial staff and Large rock.
Jamison for the Mace slayer weapon and Purple Flask.
Roadkill for the CUB items, buggy items, paints/pillows, holiday gear and the pumpkin pie.
DarkRadiance for the small army of monster statues and black cloth.
Loops for the neon leather and necromancer quest items.
Bisco for the CUB pheonix gear.
Drizz for the Shal'etar shield.
Derrick and the vesper museum for the Book of souls.
Coffee for his large contribution posted above.

Thank you for helping so much.
The museum is still collecting any and all items any players feel deserve to be displayed as part of the UOSA world. If you have anything you would like to loan or donate to the museum leave a post or contact me by pm or irc.

Please take a look at the screenshots or stop by the building and if you have any items we are missing sitting around in boxes and crates let them out for air at the museum.

Keep in mind we are still under construction if you do stop by.
We are located at

52.1N 37.58E <- by sextant coords
1863, 1032 <- razor positioning system

Thank you,
Blackfoot

currently switching red carpets to black in main theme room

I am in the process of building our wax sculptures
This is it so far candidates are
Deamon Arkanis (black) - first pker on UOSA
Chumbucket - story teller IR NEW guy
Roadkill - first explorer/runehouse establisher
Hemporer - most attacked player on forums in UOSA history
who was the very first merchant vendor of note? would like to add them if possible
what other player fields deserve a note. Any players in UOSA history that come to mind?

the first vendor house was located next to (or just above) the brit moongate. i forget who that was, but i think loops owns the tower / rune library at that spot currently.

what did eddie van halen do for the shard? i know he has been around since the beginning..
