Can someone recomend a good software for cutting portions of RPVs out, arroangin them and playing an audio track over the whole thing?

gotta replay it then use sometihng to record that and use video editting on that file. Alternatively turn into the moon.

That was my experience with free software--not the optimal solution since you have to use two separate programs (one for screen recording and one that lets you switch out the audio track). Let me know if you have any questions.
If you want to fork out $199 for BB Flashback Pro, then it's all in one hehehe but who wants to do that?
