Came across someone placing smalls... He could not see both homes, the one he could not see (the upper small with no door/sign) I could enter and the walls were impassible, etc.

I think it's a glitch in the client when houses get pulled/plopped down again in almost the same spot.

Had it happen to me before when tweaking placement -





Restarting UO fixed it. I'd guess leaving the area then returning might too.
