Help watching RPV video

I wanna know how to watch RPVs i download and click and nothing happens!

You have to open them with Razor. Log in with one of your characters (I believe you must be logged in), click the "Video Capture" tab in Razor, click "Open" in the section titled PacketVideo Playback, browse to where you saved the file and open it. Don't freak out when your UO screen goes black and says you have died. Not sure why it does that, but it will play the video in your UO window after that happens.
