I use what my competition use.
Whether that be invis tele reflect ganks, they use it all. As will I.
You apparently don't pvp much so therefor what say do you have in any of this?

Ive seen everyone that pvps invis gheal in a 1v1 don't try to act any different.
The only reason I did it was so that he would purple pot himself you guys need to pay closer attention.

EDIT: HMMMMM use what everyone else uses or eat the purple pot hally hit? Smart and easy choice invis gheal, he purple pots himself attack last target key equiped hally, hally hit for 50% harm for kill. Dead. EZPZ.
