Screen Size Help

Friend just signed up but wants to resize his playable screen. He wants it so there is no black space but the toolbar for his computer is still showing. Currently if you try to go full screen you can't have the toolbar showing, and if you have the toolbar showing then you have to have some black space. Anyone care to help me? Thank you.

Nevermind, he Solved it. Here are the steps below to play in Full Screen with Toolbar. Not sure if different depending on your resolution.
You have to adjust your Screen Resolution on your end.
1) Control Panel - Settings: Change Screen Resolution to 1024x768
Apply those changes
On Ultima Online go to Options
Under the (eye tab, one that looks like an ey)
Change Full Screen Resolution to 1024x768
Gameplay Window Size to 800x600
Apply Changes

Or you could force a game size via Razor.

It's funny you bring this up. When I started here, my desktop resolution was 1600x1200, even with a 1024x768 game window I had to squint to read anything.
1152x864 now, just enough black space for my bags and I can still read the gameplay window.

What size monitor are you using Dashiva? I use a 19" LCD Monitor, and I run a 800x600 Full screen resolution, and a 800x600 Game Play window size. My computer's resolution is 1440x900 and I am happy with the way mine looks. I would however like to play around with it and see what other appearances I can get.
If you have an idea based on my settings, then please explain how you would do it.

I can not for the life of me get the screen size to stretch. I used the razor option and forced it but it changes nothing. Can someone help?
