Lightning Bolt?

Okay, I've been noticing this for a while. I just haven't gotten around to posting about it.

Whenever I cast Lightning Bolt, most of the time, I don't get any animation. I hear the sound. I see the health go down. But I do not see the bolt.

Now, sometimes I do see it, but it is very rare.

Is this the client, or my computer?

OK right at the instant you cast Chumbucket rolls in and steals the animation and stores it in a jar one day he will release them all and conquer the world then change the name to Fagatron
