Connecting via Razor

I am having trouble connecting to this shard when using the the client downloaded from the site along with the razor application. Once opening razor and the client i type in my username and password and it automatically comes up with "Couldn't connect to ultima online. please try again later". But when just using the Ultima online application (no razor) i can enter my account. Any ideas?

Edit: I am running windows vista
