Razor Troubles [fixed]

In pic one see how my Regs and bandys are no longer showing? how do i fix this?

The oddest part is when i use alt+Enter to toggle between Full screen and Window it show the bar for a Split second like in pic 2

You have to turn transparancy off your visual themes.

Under what tab in razor do i do this?
