Connection lost, now stuck.

I was macroing in British's throne room and lost connection. logged back in and I'm stuck on the roof of the castle. Any way I can get unstuck? On a side note, i really wish i had a rune on me to mark.

Yup that worked. I was thinking it wouldn't because i wasn't physically stuck as to one tile.
