System Message Change question

If this is a noob question so be it. I looked everywhere in game options and in Razo options. Can't find it...where can I change the color of the system messages..the default grey is almost invisible to me...

Its in game .. but according to wiki it will not be seen by server .... I can't verify this info .. but most on wiki is pretty much correct .. if not let me know I'll correct it ..
