I always used -ping command in game to check my speed and I noticed that after been on server for 3-4 months it went up from 105 average to average +150. Not only the -ping command told me I was laggy I started noticing that I had trouble keeping up with others more and more. Can anyone tell me why I am so laggy the last 2 months? Or can tell me why the tracert info is so different from the -ping command result? Basically I wanna know how I can get my old game speed back

After that I checked with a connect speed program my internet speed, result: 13384 kbps
I sadly have no data about what it all was when I was less laggy in game.
