Cant Make a new char!!

Hello everyone, im new to this shard and am trying to make a new char and my screen locks up after i chose my char skills..anyone know why it might be doing this

make sure you are using the recommended client located here http://download.uosecondage.com/UOSA_Client_Setup.exe
your client very well may to new.
