Trouble Logging on to my third account avatar

I only ave trouble logging on to my Mage in my third account, every other avatar is fine. When i log on to Virus my mage, no screen pops up where i am able to operate him. however he is able to log in to the game. Im mind boggled, i have no idea if its a server problem or computer problem, so i tested to see if it was my computer by reinstalling UO. But it didnt help so that is why i am posting it on Client support. Thanks for reading.
