Razor not picking up macros in sub folders after patch

Is anybody else having problems with Razor not recognizing macros that are in sub-folders after the latest razor update? The folders are still there and the macros are in the folders but Razor only sees the main macro folder and the macros in that folder.
I tried re-adding the categories but it is still not picking up those macros.
