Unable to make account

Hi all,

My husband found UOSA a couple of days ago when D3 was down and quickly made himself and our 2 daughters each an account. He told me when I came home from school about it and I went to try to make an account but it wouldn't let me. It kept saying that my account password was wrong but I had never logged on before.

I have seen some discrepancies whether the limit is 3 accounts per player or 3 per ip. I was hoping that I would be allowed to have an account as to play with my family. If this is allowed and please let me know what I need to do. I already messaged Tuesday Derrick but have yet to hear from him.

You will need to msg Derrick (the shard owner) and ask him for additional accounts. The rule is 3 accounts per person and thus caped at that. However in cases like yours Derrick is known to make exceptions and set account limits higher when there is a case to do so (In your case family that plays from the same ip address).
