WHen are GMs usually on?

I have been waiting for a GM for over 3 hours now. I walked off my boat and "sunk" into the shore and cannot move whatsoever. I cannot double click on my boat to "teleport" onto it or interact with anything. A monster came by and killed me so now my ghost is stuck and my boat is decaying. I have only been playing for 3 weeks and this is very aggravating. Does anyone know when GMs are on so I know when to expect a rescuer?!

In the case of being phy. stuck and no GM online, you should be able to use the help button then go to phy. stuck and you should get a gump to be teleported to a random town in x amount of time.
