First time user (I'm 29 not a young kid) Problems logging in

Hello Everyone,
I have installed all the necessary files needed to get going. But after I start Razor and load UO it says "try again later" I have searched the forums and still come up with no luck. Here is the Info I can give you that I am using so far (It could be a minute detail I am missing I am not sure) Thanks for your guys help in advance. I used to play this back in High School and enjoyed it I would like to get back into it with old friends that turned me onto this site.

Computer:
Windows XP

Razor:
Server: uosecondage.com
Port: 2593
There are no errors when Razor loads.
I tried to ping (ping uosecondage.com)
and it said destination unreachable... Not sure what that would completely mean in the long run?

UO Client:
5.0.8.3 (Patch 204)

That is all the info I really know to put for anyone to help me. I didn't mess with any files or anything. I just tried to follow the guides I found with no luck.

In your post you seem to be leaving out the "login." part.

I ran into lots of problems with razor running on xp dont know if its any help but heres link to what i eventualy had to do

If you're using the installer from here, then the correct settings should be set in razor ([X] patch client encryption, [ ] use osi encryption, login.uosecondage.com:2593 though the login part shouldn't be necessary).

That you're ping is failing suggests it's a network issue.. maybe try tracert to see which end it's being blocked on. Might also try using the IP address directly in the case something weird is happening with your dns resolves: 64.34.215.106.
