UO Second Age

I started out with 95 lockpicking 2 nights ago and now its 94.7
I checked my real skill cap and its at 532.7 real
Im not understanding why im losing skill
Arrows are pointed up
Any ideas?

im guessing you have around 25 dex. you have 94.7 real skill and 95.0 base skill. you aren't losing skill you are just looking at 2 different numbers which mean the same thing.
