The Spots will be free of charge.
You will be co-owned to the vendor house (or friended if you wish so)
Vendors have to be checked upon minimum every 2 days to guarantee that there wont be empty/half empty vendors.
Prices are up to you, if however you will demand outrageouse prices i will step in since too high pricings can scare of customers for all of the Vendors not only yours.

Magic Weapons/Armor/Jewelery/Cloth spots are filled by my own vendors.
