Sign says Wal Mart, advertising full city runebooks, was sketchy at first but I bought one, of course it is empty. So beware, he is selling Tmaps also but I am sure they are not what they are as advertised.

Its always best to use the IDing skill when buying, even vendors with a trusted track record.

Also always a good idea to to some research on player vendors [before] buying.
